Fran manages our systems and strategies from “behind-the-scenes” so that each buyer and seller get to their “finish line” in a successful way. Fran and our team work on those systems to maintain, to improve, and to innovate.

Fran has an extensive background as an organization development consultant and small business owner, and has served many large corporations as well as having advised and taught scores of small business owners on creating and sustaining customer focused systems.

Tim Keasbey

Tim manages our tech, video, social media, and related systems and projects. He has an extensive IT background, as well as graphic and video skills. Among other things, he is a first-rate photographer and videographer. Our team is always working on staying current with new technology. Tim helps us sort through the “tech” and use it in ways that better serve our buyers and sellers.

Having been a vital part of the team for over 20 years, Tim knows how to make sure that technology is best helping our clients achieve their real estate goals.

Anne Shoemaker

Anne supports Kathy in managing the many steps and details of transactions for buyers and sellers.
