Premier location in historic downtown New Hope Borough, this combination restaurant/brewery space has been a major attraction for locals and the tourists that flock to town for over two decades. Seating capacity for 230 indoors plus an outdoor patio (seating for 70) which overlooks the historic train station, this location is the anchor of the Union Square complex (a historic redevelopment) featuring exposed brick and steel and rustic wood beams combined with modern architectural accents. Three distinct dining areas across two levels and a huge bar that offers 80+ feet of linear bar top and seats for over 40, three sets of beer taps and three service/POS stations. The fully equipped brewhouse is a 10 barrel system with Newlands 6 fermenters, feeding directly into refrigerated storage and straight to the bar (no kegs to deal with), and the opportunity comes with a full PA R liquor license with Sunday sales and amusement permits. The primary kitchen offers a 20 foot line under hood and over 1,700 SF of food prep and storage areas. A secondary kitchen in the lower level offers additional service prep and cooking with a 12' line under hood and large walk-in refrigerator/freezer. All new major mechanical improvements including glycol chiller, evaporators, condensers, boiler, etc. Truly a once-in-decades opportunity for a turn key restaurant/brewery in one of the most vibrant and thriving river towns in the greater Delaware Valley. The real estate is not for sale.
