This property is dominated by steep, wooded slopes, flanked by state forest, and a just a short trek to Pa State Game Lands through the woods. The ridge lines provide long-range vistas and serve as natural vantage points for hunting. Throughout the elevation climb, the land features several leveled "benches." one in particular has been cleared and prepared by the seller for a possible seasonal cabin location. The northwest orientation creates varied sun exposure, resulting in deep hollows and thick laurel patches that offer excellent thermal cover for bedding big game. The terrain is bisected by a network of established logging trails. These trails wind through the property's natural contours, providing manageable access for 4WD vehicles or ATVs through otherwise challenging mountain slopes.Typical of South Mountain, the tract contains significant rocky terrain and outcroppings, adding to its rugged character and providing distinct boundary markers and natural funnels for game. Seller is wanting to subdivide into two parts and sell 90+/- acres and keep 5-6 acres parallel to the road to include the stream. Seller wants to try to accomodate as necessary for access etc. Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions. Seller will be available for showings to guide you through the property.
