1400+ sq ft 4 bedroom, 1 full bath, 1 half bath house. 3 of the bedrooms are good sized bedrooms and 1 is small and maybe best suited for an office space. There is a good amount of recent new construction in progress/finished on the 2300 block of North 16th st as well as in the general area. Great rehab oppurtunity close to the main Broad St corridor which leads directly into Center City (approx 25 city blocks away). Also 2 blocks away from the local Broad Street Subway Line which gives quick access to all that Downtown Center City has to offer, Temple University, Fairmount ave area restaurants and bars, South Philly sports stadiums, etc. Property location offers a view of the Center City skyline from 16th st when looking south from outside the property.
